Some important questions to ask any reputable Granite Company:

1.	Can I see the actual stone you will be installing in my house?
	Answer - Yes you definitely can see the actual stone we will be installing in your house. Once you pick out your stone from one of our importers we will contact you to ask you to come into our shop and see your stone and the template of your kitchen laid out on the stone so you will have a visual of what it will look like in your house. Some Granite company's will just "show up" with your (Example:Santa Cecilia) stone and it will be a terrible commercial grade YET, by contract, they still have given you the stone you requestedl


2.	Does your price include tear out (if needed) ?
	Answer - Our company is honest and upfront - we do charge you a fee, based upon square footage, for tear outs


3.	How many different edges does your company offer for free?
	Answer - We offer 3 edge choices at no cost to you...Eased, 1/4 Bevel, and Pencil Round. Look at some of the different edges we can produce HERE


4.	How long a delay from tear out to install?
	Answer - We tear out and install the same day. In some special cases, we might have to come back for a cooktop strip or a riser. As a whole though, we finish the same day. Other companies might tear out one day and come back (in some cases) in as much as a week later

5.	My kitchen is BIG and I hate seams in the granite because it looks terrible. Can you do my kitchen without these unsightly seams?
	Answer - Unlike most of the company's offering low prices or great deals, we will cut each piece of stone the best we can WITHOUT causing a seam. The difference in us and your bargain company, is your bargain company will cut your slab into squares. This process saves them money and time, yet sacrifices your countertop and causes many seams.

6.	I keep seeing ads from other granite company's for $29 a square foot, is this price possible?
	Answer - Of course $29 a square foot is possible. However, the old addage your parents told you "If it's too good to be true....." you know the one, is more than likely true in this case. The great thing about Granite By Design is we are upfront with all costs from the first time you meet us. We urge you, ask one of our salesmen HOW another granite company can charge so much less for the "same" stone - then be prepared to be shocked at the difference!!!

7.	I had someone else install my granite but the seam is horrible. Does your company do just seams?
	Answer - Yes, we do seams, rejuvenations, fix scratches, chips, etc. Unfotunately, with many of your bargain companies, when you need to call them to come back out (say 3 -6 months later even) and do a minor repair, they either do not return your call or worse still, have gone out of business. We pride ourselves on our commitment to the customer and believe word of mouth is still the best and fastest way to advertise. Therefore, we will not ignore your call - we want you to be satisfied with us and hope you refer us to your friends and family!!!
